I used to play the original starcraft a lot back in my college days, but I haven't touched the game in YEARS!  I may have to pick it up or download it....it is great for strategy...

APPARENTLY, LS rods in a d-series make it a stroker per randy. I guess the 137mm LS rod is somehow longer than the 137mm D16 rod.

kind of sorta...

Do you remember the old game (probably the predecessor to Starcraft) Command and Conquer?  You basically put up buildings, get technology, build militias, build ships, then try to attack your opponent on the other side of the map.  It's not really turn based, but more or less you can only do as much as you can with what you have (I.e. gold/money, land, etc).
