Just got an email from FedEx...fucker tried to deliver it and said not possible, so they're taking it all the way back to Salem since it's a Home Delivery shipment and not a normal ground shipment. FUCK FUCK FUCK! Still on the phone w/ FedEx...just asked to speak w/ a manager...this is NOT going to end pretty.... I just want my FUCKING package before I a) leave tomorrow and/or b) it gets returned to the sender...in CALIFORNIA.

FYI Salem is the local Ground place for our area. The one over by the DMV and Post Office is a Fed-Ex Express (Air Packages) ... Stop bitching and send me the damn # already so I can take a look.

I PMed it to you fuckface. ;-)
And I asked for a Manager, they couldn't help me, and now I'm on w/ the VP of Customer Service/issues. He's checking w/ the Ground team to see what they can do. I guess being an asshole CAN be advantageous. ;-)

Did the jew monster have insurance put on the package ? If not you can only get back 100 bucks no matter how much the item inside is worth or cost.
I left a VM and Email he was in a meeting.

Ok, so apparently since it has this damn Direct Signature Required thing, someone MUST sign for it. The only option I was given, was to have a FedEx team manager that works in the Salem Ground office (who lives in Bedford), is going to meet me @ Sheetz on 460 tomorrow evening and bring the package with him. This is the ONLY option I have. Fuck FedEx.....:ugh:!

Ok, crisis averted. Just got a hold of the driver, who's done w/ his route, and I'm meeting him in Wyndhurst in 20 minutes to get my package. WOOHOO! Ok, so maybe FedEx isn't TOO BAD...assuming you bitch and get slightly aggressive w/ the right people. ;-)

Cool I will call off the dogs.
I can't believe they told you they wouldn't contact the driver the first time. It's true they don't use cell phones for such purchases they send the message like a text to that drivers scanner board. He can text back an answer etc.

Yeah, I think it's stupid for them to say "we have no way to contact the driver"...that's complete BS. Either way, the driver even said, "Dude, I have no idea how I woulda gotten this to you otherwise. I'm done with my route before you're off of work!" Either way, I have my coilovers and plan to install them tonight (yes James....I GUESS I'll do it tonight...even though I'm really not feeling it, but whatever.) LOL
